A month out from the supposed Brexit date I was a guest on George Galloway’s Mother of All Talk Shows on TalkRADIO. I don’t agree with George on lots of things, but its great that he is there, so knowledgeable and such an erudite communicator. He provides an alternate point of view to the unquestioning adherence of mainstream media.

I disagree with him, in part, on Brexit. He is a staunch Brexiteer, believing the EU is an undemocratic body that is holding us back. In this interview he pines for the days when Britain was great, and how it will be again when we forge our own path.

Listen to the discussion and you’ll hear I don’t agree – no surprise to those who know me. Whether we leave or not, we shouldn’t kid ourselves that it would be easy – and I question the often repeated line that ‘they need us more than we need them’.

An enjoyable discussion in which we disagreed, but in the politest way possible!
