Contrary to popular opinion, I did go to school. I even managed to get an honours degree and a post-graduate qualification in Marketing. I can even remember some of the things I learnt, like my times tables. You can also see this on my cv as a pdf file. Click here.

1985 BSc (Hons) Applied Geography
I graduated from The Polytechnic, Huddersfield, which has since been upgraded to Huddersfield University. And yes, it is as grim as it looks.
I specialised in Economic Geography and Planning, so if you want to know where to stick a supermarket, I'm your man!

1982 A Levels: Economics, Geography, Computing, General Studies
At 17 I took four A levels at Stockton Sixth Form College. I was also Chair of the Student Council and, with my good mate Gavin Machell, wrote, staged and performed in two student revues as well as acting in two other stage productions.
My thespian tendencies have since subsided. I'm now happily married with children.
